Pay attention to the issue
1: Because not all cards can automatically recognize APN, some cards may need to set up APN. Open the router IP address in the computer or mobile browser, log in to the router backend, and save the settings before restarting the power supply
2: The SIM card should be inserted in the correct direction, and the size of the SIM card board should be consistent with the size of the router’s SIM card slot. If it is a nano or micro card, a card sleeve may need to be inserted into the machine’s card slot
3: Put in the SIM card first and then turn it on
4: If the battery contacts have protective film, the protective film needs to be removed, and the power supply needs to use the machine’s matching power supply and USB charging cable to avoid being unable to power on. (There are quite a few customer complaints)
5: If the settings are incorrect, you can reset the machine for testing
6: If the SIM card is inserted correctly and there is no signal, make sure there is a signal locally and the device is using the same frequency band as the machine. You can replace the SIM card for testing, or use another carrier card for testing (Android phone download app: CELLULAR-Z, this app can check the frequency band used by the SIM card on the phone)

How to use a router:
1. Push the rear cover down.
2. Insert the SIM card with the card core facing downwards
3. Insert the USB port into the power supply to obtain WiFi
4. Connect to WiFi and you can go online.
